EMOTIONAL ALCHEMY AND ANCESTRAL MAGIC FOR AZN SHAMANESSES AND WITCHES // Channeling the Kuan Yin Archetype to Awaken Your True Voice and Power

What does it mean to be an AZN shamaness witch? What are the specific emotional, familial, spiritual, and psychic wounds that we inherit as Asian Pacific Islander American womyn living in-between cultures, homelands, and languages? More importantly, how can we invent our own magical rituals, healing practices, art medicine, and sense of community / belonging to awaken our true creative voice and power while honoring the wisdom of those who came before us?

In celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage month, EMOTIONAL ALCHEMY AND ANCESTRAL MAGIC FOR AZN SHAMANESSES AND WITCHES invites womyn and nonbinary witches of APIA descent to participate in a three-hour workshop which will explore vocal exercises, movement, writing, ritual, tea meditation, spellwork and collective energy work to transmute emotional blocks into creative manifestation, and connect with ancestral wisdom and the Kuan Yin archetype for inner guidance.

Please bring a notebook and pen, and wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. You will be receiving a small gift bag of magical talismans which will include original new zine #AZNSHAMAMESS compiled by the workshop facilitators.

In respect of ancestral spirits and all those who came before us, we ask that you bring a small offering (a fruit, a flower, a stone, a poem, a drawing, etc.) to the community altar. You are also welcome to bring a personal item (jewelry, crystals, talismans, family photographs, etc.) to energetically charge in the community altar space.
